is it just me?? (U.S.)

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like they can't even keep up with the news anymore (regarding politics)? Everytime I see something online now it just makes me super upset. I've gotten to the point now where I just can't stand reading/watching it. I want to know what is going on but at the same time it just stresses me out 😓😓 I just keep up with local news now on Facebook. My husband and I don't pay for any kind of TV services except for Netflix and Hulu, so I don't watch any of it on TV already.
