finding the will to trust in 2017🔍🔍🔍

I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm such a paranoid girlfriend. My boyfriend and I are in a LDR and we have skype sex but I'm still paranoid he watches porn or thinks about other girls. I've asked him about it and he says he doesn't watch porn anymore like when he was younger - that he finds it gross and fake to watch actor fuck...but because of the fcking internet I'm  so paranoid he's just lying to me. He also says he only has eyes for me, and I want to believe him so badly I just can't let myself. I feel insecure and I don't know what to do. Any advice or insight on how to get a grip? Thank you
