symptoms come and go?

Hey mamas. Glow has me at 6 weeks today, and my symptoms seem to have gone away completely. My nipples are a little tender (not like the entirety of my breasts before), I haven't really had any nausea, cramping is barely there whereas it was almost constant the last couple of weeks, bloating is minimal, etc. Is this normal? My first appointment isn't until 3 weeks from tomorrow, and I can't help but panic at every little thing.
