Looks more like eczema to me. I would suggest maybe lotion specifically for that and use it on baby after a warm bath.

My baby girl got the same when she was a few weeks I shower her with chamille tee and let it dry on skin it's the best trust me. I also started to use aveeno lavender and I just love it

Looks like eczema. I have seen people use all kinds of stuff to treat it, but honestly I think that breast milk (either directly onto area, or added to bath water) works best. Also, the cream CeraVe works well too.

Of course check with the GP too :)

Eczema you should go to his primary doctor because since he still small you don't wanna use something that will irritate his face more and make it worse good luck hun

Yes.  Just a baby face cloth with warm water to clean daily and it'll go away in time.
