HELP ME! Not breastfeeding but started to produce milk??

Anyone ever deal with lactating again when not breastfeeding for a year? I breastfed my daughter until she was 8 months. She's going to be 2 in july. My period is due tomorrow. I've never experienced this before starting my period. My boobs also get like the "let down feeling" their also sore, tender an kinda tingling which is the reason why I tried to see if any milk would come out. Has anyone else ever dealt with this & what was the reason for it?
