how do you know if you have a uti??

i know that if i do for sure have one i will need to go to my doctor to get what i need but ive never actually had one bc I drink lots of fluids & (strangely) love drinking cranberry juice and such & even if its a myth or whatever i've never had one & now im have pains down there & it burns when i pee. Help please

It hurts to pee and you constantly feel like you have the urge to be with barely any pee coming out. If you drink cranberry juice drink ORGANIC cranberry juice. It honestly does work and what my doctor recommended when I had one!

When I get one my back will hurt so bad. I also get like a crampy feeling in my lower stomach kind of like pms and also like a gross feeling in my tummy.
