clomid question?

My hubby has low sperm mobility but my dr is prescribing me clomid because I don't ovulate... should I take the clomid even if he has sperm issues or should I wait till we can get him help too?

My husband has kind of lower everything sperm wise and my Dr. Is still prescribing me clomid next cycle if I don't happen to get pregnant this cycle (it's been 14 months). He said it only takes one sperm lol so we're going to try it and if it doesn't work after 4 months he's sending us to a specialist or we can get a consultation with a specialist while we try clomid. I'm not sure if we will just wait or not for the consult? Good luck to you!

I would still take it. We have the same issue and after my first round of clomid they put my husband on clomid as well.

We are in the same situation! I was working with my obgyn because I have pcos and don't ovulate and before she put me on clomid, she had my husband tested. His motility came back at 15%. She still let us go ahead with the round of Clomid but she also told us we should start seeing a specialist. The Clomid didn't work for me unfortunately and we've started seeing a reproductive endocrinologist.

I've taken 5 rounds of clomid and my husband has been taking clomid as well for the past month and a half. Supposed to boost sperm count and testosterone. 
We've been trying for a little over a year   I'm taking a one month break from the clomid before I take my last round.

Honestly if they didn't test his specimen fast enough that can give a low mobility result (just an fyi). If you're doctor is giving you the clomid it doesn't hurt to try
