How can I help him express himself

This guy I like says he wants a relationship with me but sometimes the way he talks can come off as sleezy. We had a deep conversation and he says the reason he is like that is because he doesn't know how to express his feelings well and thinks "fuck boys have it easy because they don't have to express themselves" I told him if he wants to be like that he can but he says he doesn't and sees himself as to nice for that. How can I help him express himself more without ruining a future chance with us..
