10dpo and BFN, engaged so wanting to celebrate?

So me and my fiance been trying for 3 months and nothing yet.  I'm still 4 days early from my period but I just want to celebrate that we just got engaged and drink some alcohol but I honestly don't know if I should or shouldn't?  Any thoughts?

You got a negative so you should be fine. But if you have any feeling that the test was wrong, don't do it!

Well I ended up celebrating my engagement and I took another test in the morning and it said negative,  so nothing there.  I think I'm going to stop trying and when it happens it happens <3 I think it's less stress that way hehe thank you ladies
