Any of you ladies having constipation problems?
I'm only 13w & 3d, but it hurts badly. Even gas pains hurt!
I don't go back to my doctor for another week, but will be making a call soon to ask what I can take to help.
Any of you ladies having this problem this soon as well? Any natural ways to help with this, before actual medications? I have a great diet that includes green foods and nothing junky. But I'm still having issues 😢😢
