what is going on with me?

My man called me 3 weeks ago asking me if I am pregnant. I said no what made you ask that ... his response was he was sick all night and throwing up, happened with his other 3 kids. I went 2 the doctors same day ... came out negative! Not even a week later I started feeling Nauseous and even pucked once which is highly rare to happen to me. I am always nauseous since then. Yesterday we went 2 have sex and when he squeezed my boob, breast milk came out. To him it was confirmation that I was pregnant but I am in denial .... we even took another test .... NEGATIVE! Help me please.
