9 days past sex

Hi I'm 9 days past our last sexual adventure and I have a swollen uterus (according to doctor) high closed soft cervix moodiness metallic taste in mouth increased hunger nausea insomnia fatigue gas headaches runny nose sore throat and a swollen labia. I seriously feel pregnant. The fertility doc ordered blood testing and I get that back today but I went ahead and peed on a stick. What do you ladies think? I feel like I see a faint line in person.
