irritable 😡

Ok so I'm between 10 -12 weeks and today I feel very irritable. I was fine all morning until I've just started cleaning my bathroom... the fact that I'm wiping my whites and the dust just keeps moving instead of coming off onto the wipe has drove me insane. The wipes I'm using has made my fingers go all pruned and makes me feel irritated and angry inside just holding it! Even then the music playing in my ears was starting to make my blood boil until I caught my earphone wire on the door handle and it dragged out of my ear which sent me over the edge 😂 I have had to stop cleaning and have a sit down to calm down. I know this sounds absolutely ridiculous 😂 is this just me in a plain awful mood or is this pregnancy 😩 anyone else feel like everything is against them?
