My prenatals have made me extremely sick to the point of vomiting blood... my OB had my blood drawn and it turns out I'm allergic to DHA and folic acid in vitamin form... strangest thing ever!

I noticed they were only making me sick during my first tri. and that was because I was hardly eating anything. Any vitamin on near an empty stomach does that to me.

Take them before bed instead 🌙 never on an empty stomach !! ive made those mistakes before lol

I take natural whole food ones and been taking them even before pregnancy. No issues.
