40 weeks 3 days, any advice??
I'm 40 weeks 3 days pregnant with my first baby I was up the mau yesterday as I was having slight pains which I was told were contractions as the midwife was giving me a sweep she said I contracted while she was doing my sweep and she told me I'm 1cm dilated and my cervix is very and 1 midwife said I was 2/5 and another midwife said I was 3/5 but so far I've had no progress from the sweep is there anything I can do to at all to try and help speed things up I am bouncing on a gym ball and drinking red raspberry leaf tea, I am going on walks and keeping very active but nothing seems to be happening, I'm also finding it quite hard to move I just ache so much and I'm constantly tired but I try and just carry on, I do see my community midwife tomorrow for my 40 week appointment is there anything I can ask her to do to help me??
