Just found out Saturday and terrified

I could really use any advice I'm 3.6 weeks I know it's extremely early but I'm nervous. We lost our first son in September at 21 weeks. Is there any advice or questions I should be sure to talk to my doctor about? I already know I'll be having a cerclage at 12-14 weeks.
