Implantation Bleeding?

Sorry for TMI! Does this look like implantation bleeding. I've been having on and off cramping like mini contractions. When to the bathroom and I found this when I wiped. I have 3 sons and I never had this happen before. I took 3 hpt and they been BFN. AF is due in 10 days. I'm so anxious!
