help me please

Me and my boyfriend are having a long distance relationship, in which we always see each other when we get a chance. He is coming to see me next weekend which I will be ovaluting this Time! We have been talking about starting a family and in a year me moving with him etc!  But anyways on Thursday of next week glow says I have a 22% chance of getting pregnant and then Friday 8% . I'm hopping that on one of those days it works . Do you all have any suggestions that'll make it possible for me to conceive at those times. P.S he knows we've been talking about it
