Stomach bug or uterus stretching?
My husband just got over the stomach bug, he's had it since Thursday. Today at work my stomach started hurting like period cramps. Haven't had any vomiting or diarrhea. Could it be the uterus stretching or might it be a stomach bug? I'm almost 14 weeks. This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be feeling. Please help.
