List of important things to have before baby comes?

I'm trying to make a list of everything we need to have ready for when we have baby, through online articles, however I just wondered if there's anything unusual or not on everyone's list that moms found helpful to have?

One I read was a journal to keep in the bursary to record eating and sleeping times (we did this with our puppy 🐶😅)

Rock n play! They are approved for sleeping so if your LO has any belly issues you have an option that cradles him. Plus it's a safe place to put baby down if he's awake and you need two hands.

I actually kept a small whiteboard next to the bed to keep track of feedings the first month. And I found a white noise machine SO helpful for putting baby to sleep. If you don't have a machine there are apps you can download.

I have a house full of baby gear and so far these things are my favorite:
Rock n play
Kiinde system if you are going to breastfeed and pump
Velcro swaddles
And this Bluetooth speaker, my LO loves music and I also use the white noise for night time. It's awesome!
