painful pimples

Anyone else experiencing a lot of acne? Or the painful deep pimples? I'm breaking out like I used to in high school while also having painful cyst like pimples on my face that won't come to a head and just hurt. :( they're all around my chin and mouth area so I know they're due to my crazy hormones right now. Hoping some of you lovely mommas can relate so I don't feel so alone!
