Can it change?

If u take a test Friday and it's negative and retest let's say tomorrow what are the chances of it being positive? Can there be a change that quickly? I had take. A test Friday night (I know I should have taken it in the morning) and it was negative. Period was the 12th, and I'm wondering if I take a test tomorrow morning if there's a possibility I would see a positive. I guess I'm asking if u have a negative one day and then retest 5 days later can u have a positive?
