Red bumps...

So I have these little red bumps on the back of my legs, arms, and thighs and I think it is keratosis Pilaris. Have any of you had these red bumps, and if so have you tried anything to get rid of them? They make me super self conscious to show my legs and I just really want them gone. Please help😓
