Feet swelling at 21 weeks?

Is it normal for my ankles to be swelling already at 21 weeks? I noticed it tonight on my right ankle. I sit all day at work and I know I need to do better with taking breaks and getting up but should I be concerned about the ankles already? My blood pressure was normal last week at my visit.

I would mention it to dr and limit sodium intake. Also taking regular breaks should help.

Some swelling is normal, especially if you are sitting. What to watch for is severe swelling with pitting. If you poke it does it stay indented? Either way, mention it to your doc at your next appointment. If its severe call now. Some swelling is normal though (I'm no expert, but I had this convo with my doc today @22 weeks)

Talk to your OB about it. You should talk to your superviser about letting you get up and walk around for about 5-10 minutes every 1-2 hours. Swelling is normal but also a sign of preeclampsia...
