I've had this bump on my outer left thigh for probably at least a week now? It doesn't itch or hurt, and doesn't feel like it's filled like a pimple or anything. It's flatter and red on the top and you can kinda see the rest of it to the direct right of the red. It's smaller than a dime. I don't think it's a bug bite so what could this be? My anxiety has been fairly bad about it.
