Maybe Baby! With PCOS?

I went to the doctor today because I had cramping after sex with my boyfriend today ... I was trying for six years .. never used clomid or metformin.. and tested a few days ago and was negative.. the doctor tested me today and it was a faint positive... I got home again and got this! Is it what I think it is!!??!? 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I have PCOS and she told me not to tell everyone so only my SO knows but I figured I could tell the ladies on Glow!! Is this pregnancy?!? The first one I just took and the one at the bottom I took last week 😊😊😊 And how can I maintain a healthy pregnancy with PCOS?
