BPA Chemicals in Receipts

I am a part-time cashier and pregnant with my second child. I've been reading and watching some documentaries about the high levels of BPA in receipts. It is really concerning me because it is linked to birth defects and other complications. I have tried wearing gloves but it is almost impossible to make change with gloves on. I also tried using just one glove but I'm am still exposing my ungloved hand to the chemicals. Does anyone have any advice or more information about how harmful this is to my unborn baby?
