Ectopic??

Question

What are the signs of an ectopic pregnancy? I am a little over a week late and a home pregnancy test came back negative. I've been feeling nauseous and tired and have been feeling slight abdominal pains. Can a pregnancy be detected before the 5-8 week mark?

U could have a noncancerouse tuner I did and it made my body think it was pregnant and caused that but u need to get it checked out

Signs of ectopic pregnancy are ..
Abdominal pains
Absence of period
Vaginal bleeding depending in how far along
Also shoulder pain depending on which side the fertilized egg has neen implanted. 
However The signs and symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy typically occur six to eight weeks after the last normal menstrual period, but they may occur later if the ectopic pregnancy is not located in the Fallopian tube. It could also be on the cervix or the outside of the uterus wall. Either way life threatening to you if not detected asap. But even though if it is an ectopic pregnancy you will get a positive test. You can wait a few days to test again. If you're not sure then go to your doctor.

If it's before 5 weeks there's a good chance that it's just too early to get a positive test. I was between 5-6 weeks with all four of mine before I got a bfp. I've never had an ectopic myself, but from my understanding you would be having some pretty severe pain and I would guess it would be mainly on one side, but like I said, I've never had one myself so that's just my guess.
