Genetic testing: are you doing it?

Since then, 2 friends were given the choice to keep their child with a trisomy or "take care" of it.  I got to see how both choices panned out. I also have a nephew on my husbands side with Down's and I love him with all of my heart. 

My husband and I discussed it tonight and decided not to do the testing yet. Specifically because I am worried about every little thing that is happening and I am just dying to see a heartbeat on Wednesday. I think later on we will test when the tests become more conclusive just to prepare for any special needs our child may have (or not have most likely). I just don't know if I can deal with the stress of the results. No matter what they give you a percentage that your child may have it. Even if they say 1% I will be worried.  Ok I have talked around myself enough.  Please vote!
