Neighbors Downstairs
I've been able to hear a male voice in the apartment below me yelling at the other tenants. He will scream things like "shut up" or "you stupid whore." I know there is at least one small child in the unit as I can hear her sobbing. Do I intervene or keep my mouth shut?
I'm new to my area and I don't know what protocol is for situations like this.
