BabyMoon while pregnant with twins?

Is anyone planning or has gone on a vacation before the babies arrive? I am now 16weeks pregnant with Mo/Di twins and have a yearly family vacation to Hawaii planned in June. I will be 22/23 weeks while there and not sure if I should still go. The doctor said the cut off is around 24 weeks so I don't know if I'm pushing it. We literally do nothing while on vacation. A lot of laying around and eating but still worried it's too close. Anyone have any insight on this?

I am planning on two babymoon trips. I'm going to D.C. for a few days in my 21 week then headed to Hawaii for 7 days during my 22 week. My Dr is completely fine with it. She just suggests getting up during the flights multiple times. I will take it easy on both trips and keep in contact with my Dr. As long as you feel ok now and the weeks leading up to your trip, I say go for it!!!

We already had an anniversary trip planned to Italy which will now also be a babymoon. I will be 19 weeks going there and 20+ weeks coming home. The dr said I could still fly (10 hrs) but wants me to get an isle seat to walk and also told me to wear control top pantyhose to help with circulation.

We flew to CA from the Midwest at 21 weeks and it was fine. I just did a girls trip to WI and it was also doctor-approved, even though it was about 6.5 hours away. They just recommended I look up a high-level ICU in the area that was in-network for my insurance.

We have a trip planned at 17w with identical twins. We are flying for about an hour and a half there and staying a week, with another short flight back. Totally approved by the doctor

My doctor said anything in the second trimester was fine. I'm still only going three hours away instead of cross country like we were planning at 26 weeks.

I'm 26 weeks + 2 with twins and just asked my dr about going on a day trip 3 hours away, she told me no, they want twin pregnancies to stay close 😔 but it might bc I'm past the 24 weeks?!?
