I need help PLEASE

I went to the doctor again today and they did an ultrasound . And she said that she's sees something really really small (almost unnoticeable) in my uterus. She told me from the dates I told her my last period was on that I'm a week late. She also said that we wouldn't be able to tell for sure through ultrasound for another 3-4 weeks. She told me to take a test and I did . There is the faintest of a line that I see in person. But I took pictures and I need others opinions. I took these pictures within the time frame. Please give your opinions , I'm ok with a yes or no.
