bladder control

k i know this is weird but i cannot hold my pee. I pee so much too. ill drink a 16 oz water bottle and pee 3-4 times within the hour. when I'm drinking it is literally every 15-20 minutes. I've never had kids and I am honestly scared to - ill wear a diaper from then til death!! does anyone have any solutions to this problem? bladder control medicine, anything helps. thank you in advance! ❤
