Period Lightheadedness?

So I get a pretty heavy period. Always have. But sometimes when shark week sends a wave of heavy flow, i loose a lot of blood and it makes me feel dizzy and lightheaded throughout the day. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you cope with it? Thanks! 🖤🦈🌊🔴

Try to eat something high in iron or try an iron supplement on your heavy flow days. It really helps me. If you get a supplement you may want to opt for the slow release otherwise you may get constipated. Also stay hydrated

I've had it happen a couple times, not often. Make sure you stay hydrated! If you start feeling dizzy sit down and it should make the dizziness go away for a little, does for me anyway
