what vitamins should my husband take ttc

Me and my husband been ttc for about 2months now. He wants to start taking vitamins to help ttc. Which vitamins do u think are good for him to take?

My hubby took a regular men's multivitamin, zinc, and Maca root

He should take a multivitamin and a coq10.  If you are not already taking a prenatal vitamin then you should start now or take a multivitamin and coq10 as well.  Coq10 helps helps body to produce quality eggs and sperm.
