can't get my period naturally anymore

I got my implanon removed December 16 and didn't get AF at all. After 2 months my doc put me on progesterone pills and I got it 2 weeks later. I tracked ovulation but after 2ww got a BFN. I never got my period, though so they put me on a second dose of progesterone and I got AF after three weeks this time. It's frustrating, not gonna lie. I've been off BC for 4.5 months and have only had one real chance to get pregnant in all that time. I guess I feel defeated already. Cross fingers that next month I get AF naturally without pills :/
