can't help but feel...

I can't help but feel sad and I feel bad about it. Been ttc for 2 yrs and every time I get my period it's not only physically painful but emotionally. I really thought that maybe this month but no I got my period this morning and not only did my AF show her face but our good friends just had their baby this morning. I am happy for them but sad at the same time and I feel bad about it. 😔
