Feeling strange about ttc

So this is my first month of TTC first month off birth control ....so I've been doing the CM checks and the opks and I got my positive for April 25 26and possibly 27 ....so miraculously I got the sickest I have ever been ...sick as a freaking dog ...sick as in had to stay in the hospital for 3 days and couldn't try to con conceive....so oddly in some strange way I feel like that may be a sign saying maybe we're not ready for another child ...it seems silly writing this post about it but how convenient I got so sick like that at those 3 days out of the whole month that I'm trying to conceive crazy ....Well better luck next month
