Simple question

So I was wearing leggings today and my vagina was getting irritated so I took them off and rn I have this pimple like bump near my clit and idk what it is but its irritating and hurts when I touch it. Should I be worried, does anyone know what it is?

*I would call my doctor but I'd need my mom to do that BC I'm underage (I'm 14 and not sexually active). I'm not that close with my mom and don't really talk to her especially about my vagina. She said I'm too young to visit a gyno so idk what to do honestly. She doesn't even know I have this app. I have it bc ever since I got my period I've had to self educate myself from the beginning
