if I make myself throw up, will I feel better?

I am 7 weeks and the nausea has hit me hard this week, but not once have I thrown up.  It feels like there's something stuck in my throat even though I know there isn't.  Would I feel better if I forced myself to throw up?  I don't know what else to do.

I had been making myself throw up for a day and not feeling better before going to the hospital, I asked the nurse of making myself throw up was helping or hurting and she said it all depends on the person, some people throw up feel better and move on but some people once they start puking it's hard to stop the cycle.

I've only found short relief when I've thrown up, so I don't know if it's worth it.
