anxiety questions!
Hey ladies.
I have some anxiety issues and while I've been dealing with them on my own, my pregnancy hormones have really kicked in. My feelings of inadequacy have increased by ten fold as well. So question! I'm 8 weeks and curious on any good amazing ways to help handle anxiety and the feeling of inadequacy (including since during pregnancy, it only increases). I've worked on myself a lot but it's been rough recently. Also did anyone go to a chiropractor while you were pregnant??
