Asking for a friend

I have a female friend who had sex with a guy for the first time. She says that his movements were super fast and that he didn't finish except with his hand. She also said it didn't feel good and she didn't finish. Besides the sex, the conversation is good and she enjoys being with him and he makes her happy. I'm not sure what she should do. Does she continue to be with him or leave him alone? Please help!!!
