What kind of menstrual pad to you prefer?

Looking to try something new! What do you suggest? What are the best products out there?

Depends. If it's heavy it's sanitary napkins with wings... But if I'm out and about on a light day I'll use a cup. The cup is messy if you use it on heavy days

I use tampons only during the day. At night, I use regular pads. Once it is too light to soak a tampon, I use carefree thong pads. Those are the bomb.
