HELP! NEED ADVICE!

So, not sure how far along I am but I'm guessing only maybe 5 weeks and I'm having like orange/rust colored discharge when I wipe- hasn't even gotten on a pad yet- but I had what I thought was implantation spotting Wednesday?? I spotted brown for a few hours Wednesday. Now this new rust colored has been since last night, I really only notice if I actually push the paper up inside me (tmi). I never had this with my other 2 pregnancies so I don't know what to think...
