Thinking of possibly getting an Apple Watch...is it worth it? Pros and cons please

My friend had the Apple Watch, and I have the fit bit blaze... pretty much does the same thing.

I don't know if the Apple Watch tracks sleep, heart rate, & has a "relax" phase.

I preferred the Fitbit OVER the Apple Watch. Battery last longer too!

I did nd it's a blessing with my walking and exercising. Also when at work but can't pull out phone have the watch ⌚️ to see if it's some one important text or calling

I love my Apple Watch.  If you can afford to spend a little extra, I'd recommend getting the stainless steel option and a leather band.  The stainless steel is more durable and looks nicer.  I've had a few people say wow I didn't know that was an Apple Watch, it looks like a real watch!  One of the features I love the most is the panic button where you can call 911 by holding down the side button and it will also send an SOS text to your emergency contacts.  I just like having that extra piece of mind where if something bad happens I can very easily call for help.  You should get one!  Oh and get the Series 2 so you don't have to worry about rain or anything (it's waterproof).

It depends on what you want it for!?! I like the convenience of being in a meeting or somewhere I can't have my phone in front of me and can look at my watch and see who is calling or texting me. I like that I can sink most of my stuff from my phone to my watch to get notifications for certain things. For exercise purposes I agree with another poster that the new fit bit is probably better.

I have one and I love it. When my phone is ringing I can answer it on my wrist while I find my phone in my purse. I love texting on my watch so I don't have to pull my phone out. I purchased different bands from Amazon because I didn't like the original band. Another con, have to charge it every night. Otherwise, it was one of the best purchases I've ever made.
