Advice needed
When I had my son in 2009, it was a very dramatic time for me. To make a long story short, my then Father-in-Law had chased me down and tried to hit me in my 9th month. My father then proceeded to beat him up in the parking lot of the hospital when he had showed up for the birth of my son.
Now, it's my own grandmother whom has caused a lot of drama during this pregnancy. She is downright hateful to me because of some issues I have recently had with my alcoholic uncle (do not want him around me bc of violence).
I want to avoid any drama at the hospital this time around. I just don't want another horrible experience.
Am I wrong for not wanting certain people to come and wait for the birth of my baby? Is it too much to ask for them to just wait until after the baby arrives to come visit?
