am I going crazy?

So the dreaded AF showed her ugly face AGAIN I mean not that it's come as a shock.. hundreds of tests later im getting used to the negatives. She came on the 26th lighter than usual.. tmi still red blood, quite a light flow for me but still af none the less..  And away she went on the 28th, I had some cm tinged cm the 29th but still sore breasts that usually goes as soon as af is here so that's unusual.. I have had headache after headache lightheaded constantly, went out on date night with oh the 29th and just felt so sick. I was exhausted and then the strong waves came, af type cramps but so strange as I was at the end of my cycle? I was spotting slightly but I mean I usually get cramps when I'm heavy or just starting never at the end?? Since then I have just felt sick as a dog.. like I was just like I feel like I'm pregnant.. I know I sound a total loon because af has just gone away! But I forgot how crap being pregnant makes you feel and I was just like I feel totally pregnant! Again this evening I just feel like I want to throw up and like I have massive boulders on my chest. I did do a test last night to reassure my crazy mind. Neg of cause, what the hells going on 😩
