1 day shy of 5 weeks and I have morning sickness!!!

This morning sickness business is starting a couple weeks earlier this time than with my 1st. Luckily I don't ever throw up, but I have CONSTANT nausea. I have to eat every 1-2 hours or it gets worse. And I don't want meat or chicken or anything carb-y or starchy. Just fruits and veggies and dairy. I loaded up on red meat last week, though because I was craving it. Maybe to prepare me for now! Lol! 
Anyway.. If anyone has any good home remedies or ideas on how to lessen nausea, I'd LOVE to hear them! I'm REALLY hoping I don't have another 7 weeks of this!!!! Lol!
