Hubby has 4 percent morphology.

Hi! Is anyone going through the same thing. I've been tested, perfectly fine and I'm 31. We have a son who is 5 and have been trying for over a year for #2. Found out hubby has low morphology. Does anyone know how to fix this or help?? His motility and count is through the roof, and the doc believes it's hi career that is affecting the quality...obviously can't quit his job, so now what?? Help!
