Small fundal height advice?

After some advice from you ladies that may have experienced the same thing. At my 32 week appointment my fundal height was 30 cm. 35 week app was 32 cm and today at 37 weeks I measured at 32 cm still I'm booked in for a scan tomorrow morning. My OB said he might be a small baby or he could be growing fine? I don't exactly understand it all and what will happen after my scan! What are the chances of him being just fine? If he's too small what will they do?

I know how this feels! My fundal height has started to slow waaaay now in growth (I was 24cm at 24 weeks and then 25cm at 27 weeks and then 26cm at 29 weeks). I had a scan and my baby is perfectly average in growth and looking perfect (53rd percentile)! My midwife says that I just "hide her well". I was really worried too, but it was nothing! I'm sure all is fine for you 😊

Fundal height is an estimate of baby growing, it's meant to grow a cm per week (eg at 30 weeks be 30cm).  Obviously there is a margin of error.  As yours hasn't increased, they do an ultrasound to see how baby is growing.  Try not to worry, it is an estimate to quickly identify if a growth scan is needed.
It could be nothing, it could be something.  For my SIL, her baby stopped growing around 34/35 weeks due to her placenta deteriorating prematurely and so had a c-section at 36 weeks, baby is now 3.5yo.
